Wolverine sketch cover for the HERO Initiative. My coworker Nate Van Dyke did a *bleeping* amazing job on his last week, so this was my attempt to measure up. I went pretty mixed media with this: black ink, all kinds of marker pen, and acrylic paint for starters.

If you dig it, please consider bidding in the upcoming auction. It's for charity after all. :) I'll post details just as soon as they're announced!

this is cool stuff, back in the day i use to do stuff like this all the time, mixed media is what i used to do, now i just pencil all the time, lol. I have to try painting next.

I thought for sure I had already faved this...oh well, better late than never, right? I love the green blood and Wolverine's expression. As for the Hulk...I've been a fan of your Hulk art since the MARVEL ADVENTURES IRON MAN & HULK Free Comic Book Day special.

This is really awesome David! Love Wolverine's expression, and like everyone else, I'm very impressed by your coloring job. Do you have to be asked to do this or can anyone get in on the action? Who would I talk to if I wanted to do one of these?
